Temperature & humidity meter using Arduino

It is a tutorial to make a hygrometer circuit using arduino & DHT 11

You can monitor your real-time room temperature & humidity using it. here I have used 2 seven segment display, Arduino nano & Dht 11 temperature & humidity sensor

You need to make :

  • Arduino Nano
  • Doted vero board
  • 2 pcs 7 segment display
  • Dht 11 temperature & humidity sensor
  • female header pin
  • 9v battery or power bank
  • wire

Connection :

Pin 3&8 is common gnd pin of 7 segment display

Pin configuration of 7 segment dispaly

Connect 1st Display to arduino nano –

Display Pin 7 to Arduino Digital pin 2
,, 6 to D3
,, 4 to D4
,, 2 to D5
,, 1 to D6
,, 9 to D7
,, 10 to D8
,, 3&8 to ARDUINO D 9

Connect 1st display to 2nd display

1st display – 2nd display

7 to 7
6 to 6
4 to 4
2 to 2
1 to 1
9 to 9
10 to 10

Pin 3&8 to Arduino digital pin D10

Connect Dht 11

vcc to arduino 3.3v

GND to arduino GND

Out to arduino digital pin 11
